How To Make Money Doing What You Love

I grew up in a household full of creativity.

My mother was a fantastic designer, drawer, and sculptor. She would design and make most of my clothes growing up. Friends would always compliment the dresses I would wear to dances as she had made. She was even asked by family friends to design and make dresses for other girls events.

My father, on the other hand, was a talented musician. He played the guitar, & clarinet like a pro. He even tried his hand at the flute, but let's say he was way much better with the guitar and clarinet.

Everyday music would fill the home, while art would be created and placed on the walls. However, the one thing both my parents would often say, even after they had a fun-filled day of music & art was "can't have happiness and make money."

This phrase often came upon those days they would go home after a long day working their desk job. For my parent's believed they couldn't make money doing from what they loved, which was music and art. They thought if you wanted to make money, it would be doing something you don't enjoy doing.

As a little girl, I honestly always found this statement odd. Because I loved solving puzzles, especially, the more complex they were, the more fun I would have. I thought it would be weird to have to make a living doing something you didn't like doing.

So one day I decided, this statement of "you can't have happiness & make money," was going to be a puzzle I'd solve.

Fast forward then to my twenties & I'm living in Paris, the epicenter of art and music in all its forms. It was here where I saw for my own eyes that yes, you could make money doing what you love. Seeing this, then inspired me to make it my mission to make it possible for me.

Thus through years of my trial and error from the school of hard knock & business school. With much help from mentors and coaches, I found out how to solve this puzzle and make it possible for me to make money doing what made me happy.

This is why I do what I do. I love helping women who are artists, designers, musicians, beauticians, stylists, consultants, or coaches develop the business sales skills to make ongoing revenue in their businesses month after month.

For me, it's so much fun to see a woman see how she can empower her dreams and gain business sales support for growing her happiness.
